an introduction?

I'll be completely honest.. I have no idea what I'm doing here. Maybe I should begin by introducing myself. Sounds like a plan, huh?

My name is Allison. I'm a mere 18 years old, and I'm from the United States. Texas to be exact. I'm not much of a writer, but I do have strong opinions on various issues. More than anything else, I'm passionate about my beliefs. For the most part, I'm just a young girl trying to live life day to day. It's actually more difficult than it seems.
